Terms of Service

Effective May 14, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ReviewCraft (“ReviewCraft,” “we,” “our”) governing your access to and use of the ReviewCraft platform (the “Service”). By creating an account, sending a review request, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

ReviewCraft is a business-to-business platform that helps companies request feedback from their customers and turn that feedback into AI-assisted review drafts the customer can post to third-party review sites. The Service includes a dashboard for business users, a questionnaire experience for their customers, and SMS and email delivery infrastructure.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least eighteen years old to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • The Service is intended for legitimate businesses contacting customers with whom they have an existing service relationship.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Send review requests to people with whom you do not have a prior service relationship or whose consent to be contacted you cannot demonstrate.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages, promotional offers, or any content unrelated to a legitimate review request.
  • Solicit, generate, or post reviews that misrepresent the customer’s actual experience, including incentivized, fake, or coerced reviews.
  • Violate any applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, or platform-specific review policies (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.).
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service, probe its security, or access data you are not authorized to access.

5. Customer data and consent

When you enter a customer’s contact information into the Service, you represent and warrant that (a) you have a direct service relationship with that person and (b) you have lawful authority to contact them with a transactional review request. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your customer data and for honoring opt-out and deletion requests. ReviewCraft will honor opt-outs received through the Service’s STOP keyword handling automatically.

6. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

The following terms govern SMS messages sent by ReviewCraft on behalf of business users. These terms are required for compliance with U.S. carrier requirements and the A2P 10DLC program.

  • Program description. ReviewCraft sends transactional SMS messages on behalf of business users to their customers, requesting feedback and reviews after a completed service.
  • Message frequency. Customers typically receive one initial request, with up to two optional reminders if they do not respond. Messages are limited to the review request and follow-ups; they are not promotional.
  • Message and data rates.Standard message and data rates from the recipient’s mobile carrier may apply. ReviewCraft does not charge customers for messages.
  • Opt-out. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. Opt-out is processed automatically and blocks all further SMS from the requesting business.
  • Opt back in. Recipients who have opted out may resume messaging by replying START or UNSTOP.
  • Help. Recipients may reply HELP to receive identification of the sender and instructions.
  • Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent basis. Consent to receive review-request messages is obtained by the business user from the customer at the point of service. Phone numbers are not collected through web forms on this platform.
  • Privacy. Customer phone numbers are used only to deliver review requests and are never sold or shared with marketers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

ReviewCraft retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, templates, and AI-generated outputs except for the customer-specific content you supply. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload. By using the Service you grant ReviewCraft a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the Service.

8. AI-generated content

Review drafts produced by the Service are generated by an artificial-intelligence model based on a customer’s questionnaire answers. Drafts are suggestions, not statements by ReviewCraft. You and your customer are responsible for ensuring any review actually posted accurately reflects the customer’s experience and complies with the destination platform’s policies.

9. Third-party platforms

ReviewCraft may link to or facilitate posting to third-party platforms such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, and TripAdvisor. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their policies or actions. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewCraft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any specific review or ranking outcome will result from its use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewCraft’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to ReviewCraft in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. In no event will ReviewCraft be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ReviewCraft harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service, your customer data, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose other users to risk. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless another forum is required by law.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email and will take effect on the date posted. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
